We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by performing general office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone to customers, vendors and fellow employees, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as a Service Coordinator / Customer Liaison candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Service Coordinator / Customer Liaisons must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Service Coordinator / Customer Liaison should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of the company while providing timely communications to, service technicians, customers and vendors.

Service Coordinator / Customer Liaisons Job Description

Handling office tasks, such as filing (primarily digital), while organizing daily and weekly schedules of service technicians jobs in a logical order, tracking of select equipment and ensuring two way communication is maintained between office and technicians is crucial. Periodically generating reports, and assessments, of day to day, and longer term schedules and priorities to maximize efficiency of technicians, and routing to minimize wasted transit times. Fields service calls from customers, and directs service technicians to a variety of locations in a timely manner.

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments to prevent conflicts, within customers known time constraints, IE, established open access hours, versus after hours.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party, as required.

Using computers to generate reports, organize dispatch and associated schedules, tracking select pieces of equipment and conduct research.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Anticipate problems before they arise in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Service Coordinator / Customer Liaisons Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Prior experience, particularly in HVAC field, is desired, but not required.

Excellent computer skills, to include Offices Suite (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook).

General organizational skills are highly valued. Ability to create or maintain a digital database of customers, equipment and other typically related topics.

Proactive self-starter requiring limited management guidance, once goals and objectives are established.

Ability to learn new software, as it applies to service industry dispatch and customer database uses.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
