Real Estate/ Property Management company in Fredericksburg. In Need of an office Coordinator. offering flex hours,, (February-September 30-40hrs a week,) & (October-January 20hrs a week)
Looking for a right hand person to take charge of office functions, to included
Handle phones, update files, scan, fax, filing, pre-screen prospective tenants
Tactful compose emails to clients and tenants on property concerns
Facilitate tenants, owners, property maintenance repairs.
Keep tenants and owners apprise of ongoing property repairs/status
Maintain portfolio files and clients confidentially
Follow up on work orders with tenants/ owners/and vendors, and ensure completion with vendors
Develop a strong vendor relationships, negotiate lowest estimates, ensure all repairs are completed
Enter end of month invoices, advise owners of work/completion
Maintain portfolio home warranty on properties
Requirements: Must have computer knowledge in using outlook emails, excel, typing reports, with attention to details. Must have at least 3-5yrs at a minimum experience in residential and single family homes or HOA/Condo property management, Real estate license a plus but willing to train the right person.
