Responsibilities:
o Assure that all authorized products are stocked, priced correctly and displayed to best advantage in accord with the retailers specifications.
o Perform all duties assigned by the Retail Sales Supervisor
o Complete required reports and submit as scheduled.
PERFORMANCE AND/OR EDUCATION PREREQUISITES
High school diploma or equivalent and past successful retail sales experience or related job experience preferred but not required. Satisfactory completion of initial sales training program, be able to work without supervision, have their own personal transportation, and a valid drivers license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
A. Standing This is a demanding position which requires a person to be on his feet eight to ten hours per day. It is necessary to stand in one area for an extended length of time in order to perform the function properly.
B. Bending Repeated bending to ground-level shelves.
C. Lifting The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
