Automation Personnel Services, Inc. a light industrial staffing company, growing at great speed, is looking for a Selling Branch Manager. We have been in business for 28+ years and we have 36 branches throughout the USA. Currently we have an immediate opening in our newly opened branch in Fredericksburg, VA. Hence, we are looking for a strong, self- motivated, high-energy closer to manage this new exciting market.
Our ideal candidate has:
A proven successful background in sales;
A desire to work in a fast paced environment with long hours;
Impressive negotiation skills;
Creative problem solving skills;
The ability to comfortably communicate at all levels and;
Impeccable closing skills.
Daily activities:
Cold calling and follow up in the field (80% field - 20% office).
Establish partnerships with existing customers and new customers.
Managing sales team and in-house staff (5-10 employees).

Compensation
Great Pay (DOE) starting at around 55K. Basic pay with lucrative commission structure (potential to earn 100k plus in the first year and other incentives)
