- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required,
- License for electrical systems required,
- License for Plumbing systems required,
- Excellent Facility with common hand power Tools,
- Familiarity with appartement Unit layouts and infrastructures
- Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance staff,
- Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency,
HANDYMAN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Be on Time and Professional,
- Follow the instructions according to the contract validated by the customer,
- Follow the safety instructions for each operation if necessary,
- Be courteous with every customer,
- Notify the Office Manager after each work done,
