THINGS YOU NEED:
A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
5 years' experience in residential or commercial construction experience.
Types of work we do:
Windows
Siding
Doors
Gutters
Decks
Roofing
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
Small additions
You must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
Able to operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment.
Sub-Contractor Requirements:
Paid as a 1099 sub-contractor
Own a reliable truck or van
Own a smartphone with email, picture and texting capability
Own all tools to complete jobs issued
Have necessary insurance
Be punctual and have excellent communication skills
Come with a professional appearance and attitude
