Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on Ft. Belvoir supporting all base communications.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:- Prepare orders in the NetPlus database by creating a TSR (Telecommunications Service Request) using the information obtained from the customers
- Coordinate with appropriate supervisors for time and material estimates.
- Work directly with Outside Plant technicians and Inside Plant technicians on any service order questions or issues and/or trouble calls as needed
- Resolve routine pricing inquiries to include issuance of Corrected Service Orders if needed
- Update the NetPlus database. This includes building new cables, creating new connectivity devices, updating LENs, updating connectivity for phone numbers and circuits, etc
- Give verbal and written instructions for all telecommunication devices used on Fort Belvoir
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with handling ticket/service requests or working in an administrative assistant or customer service related position
- ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance
- $50,000 - $55,000/yr. based on experience
