Based in New York, the company has 22 offices around the globe, with over 11,000 employees producing over $650M+ in annual revenue.Job Description: • Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies through the usage of interviewing techniques (with business), applicable business requirements tools, and hands-on in creating business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, process modeling through tools like Visio etc.• Strong expertise in Personal, Commercial, Specialty Lines for US geo. Expert domain understanding of insurance products hierarchy across personal, commercial and specialty business segments• Hands-on experience on insurance functions - Policy Admin, Underwriting, Rating, Claims, Billing & Reinsurance. • Should have worked on one or more industry-leading OOTB platforms (Duck Creek, Guidewire, etc)• Should have experience in leading requirements for an end to end application development engagements in Property & Casualty domain, creating/executing test cases/test scenarios, performed UAT cycles and expertise working on strategic transformation engagements is an advantage • Must be able to self-manage and get tasks through to completion without significant guidance • Should demonstrate experience in conducting harmonization sessions in workshop format across large group of customer stakeholders • Should have excellent communication skills ( both oral and written), Analytical thinking, and problem-solving Kind regards, Priyanka VermaTalent Acquisition – Synechron Phone +1Vacancy expired!
