Production Support SpecialistLocation: Glen Allen, VADuration: 14 months contract to hire

Shift: Initially it will be 8AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri (2-4 weeks Training Period)

After the training it will be 6PM To 6AM EST role 12 hrs Night shift

Night Shift Front Half Nights (Sunday – Tuesday 6 PM to 6 AM EST and every other Saturday it flips)

Role Info:Production Support Specialist role with strong AWS background Responding to Alerts and ongoing issues Works on Ticketing system Service Now on the incidents and alerts

Top Skills:3-4+ Yrs. of Production Support experience is a must Cloud Computing experience is required (AWS is preferred) Any scripting experience is required (Python script is preferred) Batch support experience / familiarity is a must Splunk/New Relic/DataDog knowledge is required

Nice to have: Service Now
