ICF is seeking a cyberspace operations professional with prior military, civil service and/or contractor experience within HQ Air Combat Command (ACC), and/or 16 AF staff/subordinate units. Candidate will provide operations support and technical expertise to facilitate cyber weapon systems management of core missions, functions, and the Lead Command duties of HQ ACC regarding Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), 16 AF, and JFHQ – Cyber AFCYBER. Duties include support for all traditional elements of A-Staff support within a MAJCOM, coordination from the strategic level to operations level of war. In addition, there are numerous technical opportunities across the USAF’s cyber weapon systems portfolio. The workplace is at ACC Headquarters, Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia with temporary duty to various locations. Candidate will serve in the ACC Standardization and Evaluations Branch, providing commanders with a program to assess and document operator capability to accomplish the requirements of their weapon system or mission system. Additionally, the candidate will ensure standardization of training and operational procedures for weapons system and mission system employment through the development, review, preparation and coordination of cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, policy and guidance. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating with Air Force Functional Area Mangers for Cyberspace/ISR training and standardization and evaluation programs. Additional requirements include assistance with the publication of HHQ Crew Information Files (CIFs), Special Interest Items (SIIs) and waivers. Execution of the HHQ Evaluator check ride program (ESAP) for all RegAF and Reserve Component Wings is also supported. This individual will serve as augmentee for the ACC Inspector General for Unit Effectiveness Inspections. Key Tasks to be accomplished:Support the development and management of ACC’s Organize, Train, and Equip functions in support of the A3TV branch.

Assist with authoring weapon/mission system-specific instructions, manuals, and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) in accordance with HHQ requirements.

Assist with the management of training, health, and manning of cyberspace career fields.

Support cyberspace operations, training, exercises, and conferences

Support the development of cyberspace academic training and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies and providing recommended solutions

Support COMACC’s Commander Air Force Forces roles and responsibilities and cyberspace operations throughout the DoD

Support the development, coordination, and preparation of cyberspace staff taskings, CONOPs, CONEMPs, Enabling Concepts, Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and TTPs.

What you need to be considered:Experience/knowledge of a full range of USG cyberspace operations principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements.Basic Qualifications:Knowledge of USG cyberspace training principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting cyberspace policy and guidance.

Knowledge of a full range of USG cyberspace operations principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements.

Minimum of one (1) year coordinating USG training program(s), or corporate training program(s) and policy.

Minimum of (1) year experience in conducting cyber operations, either defensive cyber operations (DCO) or offensive cyber operations (OCO), in support of a Combatant Command

Active SCI clearance

Preferred Skills/ExperiencePrevious Instructor Experience in the development and delivery of training to Cyber Operators who are executing missions for USCC Cyber Mission Forces

Previous Evaluator Experience in evaluating Cyber Operators gaining qualification in DCO or OCO who are executing missions for USCC Cyber Mission Forces

Staff experience Numbered AF or higher (or equivalent)

Willingness and Ability to work full time in the Hampton, VA area.
