Career Strategies is hiring a full time Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Harrisonburg, VA area. Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Hours: Full-Time
Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
One year of prior leasing experience is required.
Available to work weekends
Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
Friendly, energetic, great people skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent phone and in person sales skills
Motivated and hard-working
High energy
Excellent communication skills
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
