We are searching for an Experienced Estate Planning Attorney to counsel our customers on the use of various estate planning techniques and related instruments such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc. You will be responsible for the drafting and execution of various planning documents.
This opportunity allows for a flexible work schedule that will easily be integrated into your current practice. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your client base and increase your overall income.
Ideal Candidate must:
Have two years minimum solid Estate Planning experience, including drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, deed preparation and title examination
Be available immediately
Be admitted to the Iowa Bar
Have existing private practice
Business formation a plus
