PLUMBING PRODUCTION MANAGER – SOUTHERN DIVISION
(Fauquier, Rockingham, Harrisonburg, Lake Anna, Waynesboro, Albemarle)
We are looking for a detailed oriented Plumbing Production Manager to oversee our residential and light commercial projects and act as a link between various project parties. The Plumbing Production Manager will lead and manage onsite plumbing teams to include superintendents, subcontractors, plumbers, backhoe operators and customer service technicians. They will be responsible for orderliness on site and compliance with safety regulations. They will ensure quality standards are met and all equipment and materials are always available on site. You will liaison with inspection authority regarding plumbing approval.
To ensure success, you should complete projects on time and within budget and never compromise quality. The top candidate will be a strong leader, proactive, and perform well under pressure.
Plumbing Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the onsite plumbing team
- Attend production meetings
- Review and become familiar with the schedules and budgets
- Placing orders for equipment, materials, and on-site work
- Following the Project timeline to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety, cleanliness, and orderliness
- Monitoring records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, RFI, Timesheets for plumbing team, and utilities are marked.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Plumbing experience as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent
- Proficient with iPhone, Androids, and Tablets
- Ability to interpret and direct install of plumbing according to drawings, specifications, and other documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
