- Provide full life cycle recruitment support for a variety of roles and hiring teams - hands on recruiting, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
- Serve as the ATS system administrator, configuring the system and workflows for maximum efficiency and compliance
- Serve as the lead recruiter for all university recruiting efforts
- Source for candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
- Attend hiring events to represent Attain as an employer of choice in the community
- Support proposal and incumbent capture efforts to support the growth of the company
- Manage reporting and metrics for the recruiting team
- Prepare for and lead weekly staffing calls with various business units
- Train incoming team members on systems, processes, etc.
- Will be responsible for meeting individual recruiting metrics while managing other priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills - MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems
- Prior customer service, sales or recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience supporting sales and business development
- Experience with financial management
