Akkodis is seeking a Collision Analyst for an opportunity with a worldwide leader in the automotive manufacturing space! This position will be responsible for optimizing opportunities related to collision repairs and the administration of Wholesale Parts programs. These programs are designed to support dealer sales of collision and mechanical parts as well as customer satisfaction with repair processes. This position will be responsible for exceeding sales, conversions, transactions, and targets.

Role responsibilities: • Assign and prioritize dealer training and support visits to the Collision Field Representatives • Maintain eligible parts lists based on parts availability and dealer feedback • Develop pricing match formulas based on competitive data from estimate and repair orders sources • Administer payments to dealers and conduct audits for data anomalies • Develop and run incentives and promotional programs to support program growth • Integrate promotions and messaging to dealers and wholesale customers with Wholesale CRM team • Organize, track, and execute co-op expenditures Wholesale Parts programs

Collision & Mechanical Portfolio- • Identify sales opportunities by reviewing historical sales and estimate data • Support new collision and mechanical growth initiatives • Present pricing opportunities in collision and mechanical parts to pricing team based on competitive data • Track budgets, process and record vendor invoices for all collision initiatives • Build business cases for new initiatives and track performance of ongoing initiatives • Provide updates on program success to key stakeholders including management, field personnel and dealers.

Qualifications - Required: • Bachelors degree in related field such as business, economics or marketing. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Advanced analytical skills including experience with large data sets • Experience with structured project management in a customer-facing environment or equivalent experience • Ability to support continuous improvements • Commitment to delivering quality service to internal and external customers • Build and sustains team-based relationships • Demonstrates commitment to delivering outstanding quality • Creative analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason on strategic and operational level • Integration - joining people, processes and systems

Desired: • MBA • Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL Server • Experience in fixed operations, collision repair procedures, and automotive body shop processes Python programming experience: writing, testing, debugging code to assist with data analysis.
