As a Cyber Security Program Manager II, you will support the business operations at SNC. You will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects with specifically focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved. You will be responsible for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You'll support the program director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities.

What to look forward to:

As a Cyber Security Program Manager II, you will be using your skills and expertise to direct all phases of our programs from inception through completion. You'll be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of our programs and establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test. You'll coordinate the preparation of our proposals, business plans, budgets, and financial terms and conditions of contracts, act as the primary contact for program activities, and lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

This position will require and challenge you to quickly build, evaluate, and develop cybersecurity capabilities for a variety of national security customers. You will work with an esteemed team of technical experts in the software, network, and system security domains to explore critical technologies being used for both offensive and defensive use cases. You will assess risks, provide escalation management, and balance the needs verses technical constraints, and encourage risk taking behavior to improve business benefit. You will utilize your technical background to deftly lead your diverse team of developers, testers and subject matter experts to exceed customer expectations for cost, schedule, and quality. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience as a software developer or engineer supporting programs for the DoD and/or Intelligence Community
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills,
  • Experience leading small teams or projects
  • Core PM skills include but are not limited to: team building, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines
  • The Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:
  • PMP certification
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity capability development and/or test & evaluation
  • Experience managing DoD and/or IC programs for cost, schedule, and technical performance

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
