Job Title:- Digital Portfolio Business Integration Lead Location:- Herndon, Virginia(Hybrid) Client VOLKSWAGON C2c Job Description:- The North American Region Digital Business team is responsible for the digital strategy and execution of the digital customer experience in Canada and America. The team consists of five primary areas: digital sales, portfolio, back-end technologies, front-end experiences, and data/analytics. In addition to internal employees and contractors, the team works with three specialized agencies to form 20 product teams to deliver digital products for customers and stakeholders. The recently formed Digital Sales Organization has been established to ensure dedicated focus on connect, data, and energy services business and how these new business areas along with existing sales and aftersales business can be integrated in one holistic, continuously growing, customer-centric Ecosystem. The Digital Portfolio Business Integration Lead is responsible for understanding the business vision and goals, translating them into briefs, epics, and requirements that guide the development of digital solutions. They work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their long-term plans and requirements, and collaborate with the digital portfolio and delivery teams to integrate these requirements into the overall Ecosystem and digital strategies. The Sr. Specialist, Digital Portfolio Business Integration Lead reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Digital Enterprise Portfolio and is part of the Audi Digital Business team across U.S. and Canada Responsibilities: Business Integration to Digital Enterprise Portfolio Consult with business stakeholders from across all organizational departments to understand their long-term strategies, goals, plans, and requirements Collaborate with the digital portfolio team to integrate business goals and requirements into the overall NAR ecosystem and digital strategy Work with internal business departments to translate business vision and goals into briefs, epics, and requirements, and ensuring that the digital solutions developed meet the organization's overall goals and strategy Document user stories and define work flows for the business requirements Key interface with business for ingesting project requests into the portfolio with a particular focus on Connect & Data, Energy Service, and After Sales verticals Support the development of key product documentation including business, legal, technical, marketing, and support requirements. Own the integration of business requests, plans, and requirements into briefs, epics, and guide them through the Enterprise Portfolio Management process through to the delivery backlog Captures business outcome, leading indicators and non-functional requirements Support the business to determines the Minimal Viable Product Guides the business to answer questions as they complete the Lean Business Case Lead development of key product documentation including business, legal, technical, marketing, and support requirements. Communicate business objectives and prioritizing epics as part of lean portfolio management Bring together Product Owners and business stakeholders during the discovery process Track team progress, report out results, and diagnose failure points. Leverage this information to ensure smooth delivery of business briefs, epics, and requirements. Key interface with Enterprise Portfolio for alignment of project requests, categorization and prioritization. Ensure that the digital solutions delivered meet the business's needs. Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including digital portfolio teams and other departments involved in the development process. Business Communication and Continuity - 25% Key advocate to the business of the Enterprise Portfolio process, its purpose, benefits, and value Ensure business stakeholders understand the process and business value of the enterprise digital portfolio process Ensure business, portfolio, and delivery teams are aligned with clear expectations of each parties responsibilities for moving their requests forward Communicate the business context as a guideline for the product vision and PI planning Communicate and update business stakeholders on portfolio submission process, status, open items, and next steps Ensure business provides all inputs necessary to move through portfolio and discovery to development and delivery Provide regular project reporting to key stakeholders Collaborate with the Data Portfolio and Process lead to track the implementation of prioritized use cases, track delivery performance, and measure business value Track and escalate business, legal, or development risks to leadership REQUIRED SKILLS 5-7 years of related experience Education Required: B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or related field. Understand business challenges, and is in a position to articulate business needs and to translate them into technology requirements Ability to relate to staff at all levels and to persons of different cultures, and to work with all levels of management Self-directed, with strong ability to prioritize efficiently Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies/suppliers & across cultural boundaries Ability to generate business cases for portfolio planning and capable of defining scope & team structure to accomplish portfolio objectives Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and ability to explain and translate business strategy into briefs and EPICs for the digital portfolio Ability to present in front of larger groups and senior stakeholders; possess moderator skills to guide and navigate regular sessions with senior level business stakeholders Skilled at managing multiple departments simultaneously in a pressured, deadline-driven environment Passion for collaboration, innovation and change Time management and ability to prioritize Required Desired Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams Ability to persuade and align needs across stakeholders at various levels Ability to direct discussion with large groups in a hybrid setting Ability to understand and translate business needs into viable solutions and actionable plans Strong business acumen with an understanding of business operations, processes, and objectives. Excellent communication and project management skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in defining project scope, developing project plans, managing resources, and mitigating risks. Ability to solve problems quickly, ability to assess opportunities with hard data Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite Entrepreneurial, startup, or corporate innovation experience Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA Expertise with portfolio management best practices, specifically around business strategy and requirement gathering Knowledge of Agile portfolio and delivery methodology Understanding of automotive or retail business; automotive industry experience preferred Strong understanding of industry trends, market development and customer needs Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc. Hybrid role classification, with 2 required office days for in-person meetings Travel: up to 20% travel within US and Canada
