Looking for a high impact, high visibility strategic role that touches every Volkswagen customer? We're hiring a Product Specialist who will help shape the experience that Volkswagen's owners will experience in the digital space. The role will be involved in the early-stage concept phase, product ideation and definition process, bringing new exciting Volkswagen digital products and experiences to life and help boost Volkswagen's customer loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities: -Be an advocate for the customer -Drive a customer focused product roadmap and prioritize effectively. -Drive customer research initiatives to understand customer needs and ensure product market fit. -Understand competition and identify how we win through differentiation. -Lead and engage with cross-functional teams to launch products that meet customer needs. -Identify and track KPIs including usage and financial metrics to measure product success. -Drive key decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements: -Relevant professional experience in product development, product management, product strategy, marketing, consulting or related field (desired 5-8+ years) -Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Product/Business Development) -Great communication and presentation skills -Experience with end-to-end product delivery -Experience overseeing product roadmap and strategy -Experience with feature delivery and making tradeoffs Preferred skill set: -In-depth knowledge of digital product development with a focus on ownership -Strong design and customer experience acumen -Strong analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills -Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Self-motivated, organized, adaptable to a dynamic environment -Expert in conceptualizing & visualizing complex topics in PowerPoint -Great research/data analysis skills in regards to customer demographics, competitor intelligence, and market/sales trend (mTab, AutoPlanner, Autosource, Tableau, etc.)

Work flexibility: -20% domestic travel possible / Flexibility to work according to business demands and European time zone
