Job DescriptionVolt has partnered with an IT Services company for this Refresh Project in the Reston, VA area. We are looking for individuals who are able to work with both hardware and software to complete the project on time and accurately. If you have strong Windows 10 experience, please apply today.Job DescriptionThe individuals hired will be working on a laptop refresh project that will last about 7 months at various Virginia and Maryland locations. The technician will need to be able to unbox equipment, be responsible for image and encryption, transfer data, set up on users desk, and remove old equipment.

Disconnect user’s existing laptop, connect new laptop

Install the applications the user needs on a laptop that already has a base image installed.

Setup network drives

Setup network printers

Setup a user’s email on the new laptop

A + certification not necessary, but is an advantage.

A Desktop OS certification is not necessary, but is an advantage.
