The DocASAP Product Team plays a key role in defining and growing DocASAP's intelligent, market leading platform. We are seeing strong growth and looking for a dynamic, experienced leader and people-manager to scale our offerings to meet market demand. You will play a significant part in supporting the transformation and scalability of our platform to meet the market needs. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • You will support product(s) such as provider search, provider matching, provider analytics, and patient booking user experiences. You will own the funnel for the consumer journey from the initial visit to booking and make specific improvements to improve conversation rates. The nature of this role is understanding the problem at hand and coming up with solutions, while setting the appropriate metrics to define the success of your product. You will work closely with other teams such as software engineering, sales, and implementation, as well as engaging with a broad group of decision makers from executives to engineering leaders across DocASAP and Optum.
  • Responsible for the full product lifecycle management, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products. Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ of experience in managing a SaaS based solution, design and development of end-to-end product view and workflows; drive integration strategies and approaches
  • 5+ years of experience in defining the product vision, goals (OKRs), benefits and then track KPI's to measure success/outcome
  • 2+ years of people management, hiring, and developing high performing teams
  • Solid experience in data analysis and performance of B2C products with funnel management and conversion metrics
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, including refining and prioritizing tasks in the backlog. In this role you will be serving as a leader and an evangelist among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure buy-in of priorities and maximize overall value of product
  • People management or matrixed team management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare and Healthcare IT experience.
  • Project, portfolio and program management
  • Graphic design and presentation development
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Working knowledge of API and one or more scripting or programming languages
  • Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of team/organization, vendors and third parties
