Our government client is looking for a ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer to join their team.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer:
  • Implement Software Asset Management solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead
  • Develop JavaScript server/client code
  • Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments
  • Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers
  • Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies
  • Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts

Requirements of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 12 years of relevant experience
  • At least 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • At least 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow and developing ServiceNow SAM implementations
  • Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder
  • Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
