Our government client is looking for a ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer to join their team.Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer:- Implement Software Asset Management solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices
- Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead
- Develop JavaScript server/client code
- Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments
- Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers
- Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows
- Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies
- Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 12 years of relevant experience
- At least 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
- At least 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow and developing ServiceNow SAM implementations
- Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder
- Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
