RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is hiring a Specialized IT Analyst III in Herndon, Virginia (VA). This Analyst works with key stakeholders within HR business functions alongside our technology products team to support our enterprise-wide HR platform reports.
Responsibilities include: Supports one or more highly complex business processes Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred 5-7+ years of experience required Ability to provide support, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot a HRMS system and ensure data integrity and system compliance Ability to assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS system upgrades and patches Ability to design, configure, test, document system and technical processes Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines Functional knowledge of HRMS processes enabling partnership with HR subject matter experts to support annual HR programs such as performance reviews, open enrollment, compensation, and goal setting Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Ability to work across multiple HR businesses as a functional team member Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HCM system issues and ability to support Oracle HCM patches, releases, and maintenance updates Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills along with excellent relationship management and partnership skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge levelKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
