Plan and coordinate training documentation for information technology capability.
Design and develop classroom and on-site training for one or more application systems.
Supports the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
Work across multiple technical and non-technical domain in a fast paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 15+ years
Required Technical Skills:
User and LDAP group management.
Provide consulting services to technical operational and engineering teams.
Provide liaison services for multiple customer stakeholders. Experience mentoring and directing colleagues.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Required Skills and Abilities:
Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise IT training courses and prepares appropriate IT training.
Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training for uniquely developed organizational applications.
Provide Tier I support for and helpdesk support for information technology system.
Have experience with meeting and scheduling small to large groups numbering 120 or more people during a single training session.
Preferred Skills:
Capable of training individuals one on one as required.
Troubleshoot and identify application user-based issues.
Perform data management and coordination activities.
Provide Quality Assurance Testing for application releases.
