RESUME TO CRISS BRIENT AT: SUMMARY:- Develops the integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts with a focus on deploying applications to a new network.
- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated implementation plan with a clearly articulated scope.
- Identifies and engages appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution; able to work in a matrix environment.
- Coordinates and maintains program communications and status reports.
- Uses knowledge and experience to tailor project methodology to maximize business outcomes.
- Defines and manages readiness elements that support achieving business and financial objectives.
- Ensure project results are of the highest caliber meeting technical and customer objectives, business case targets, and achieving business objectives (ROI).
- Strong with managing Enterprise Network Infrastructure
- Aligns the project team around the project’s visions, strategy, goals, and business objectives.
