Our client, a leading luxury vehicle manufacturer, is seeking to hire a Service Operations Incentives Analyst. This role will be hybrid but does require onsite work in Herndon, VA! This is an ongoing contract with benefits, PTO, and paid holidays As a Service Operations Incentives Analyst, you will focus on key Service Ops initiatives; primarily the Commodities Incentive Program, Digital Strategy, and the Customer Assistance Program (CAP). You will be in charge of Monthly Performance Reporting for Technician & Service Advisor performance, Revenue lift, and any additional metrics requested for the program's success. This role will identify opportunities within the current program to drive additional Commodity Sales. Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Ops digital team and external vendors to establish and maintain a monthly cadence on reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Service Digitalization Reporting
- Conduct Quarterly Audits to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Incentive Payment monthly submission for any current incentives
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with data analytics, objective setting, and Revenue reporting
- Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Must have experience in data modelling, data analysis, statistical analysis, data standardization, reporting & visualization
- Extensive knowledge and certifications in SQL, Python, Tableau, Tableau Prep & Server is a plus
