Production Support Functional Analyst - Mid
Position Description CGI Federal is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the team of a growing, dynamic program. Specific functions will include, but are not limited to supporting delivery operations, managing the client relationship, and working with team members with a diverse set of experience levels and skillsets. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset in areas such as project management, client management, and business analysis supporting an agency-wide financial and acquisition system. You will contribute to the continued growth of the program by bringing your expertise in support of program delivery and operational excellence. You will work with an experienced team and mature client relationship to bring innovation, best practices and delivery excellence to the program.Your future duties and responsibilities Perform application analysis to review client issues and defects; determining and implementing innovative solution to meet client expectations Manage client expectations and estimated delivery dates Meet with client stakeholders to understand issues and challenges; identify recommendations Participate in client stakeholder meetings Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
