Position Description:The role is responsible for all administrative aspects of a service center operation, receiving, shipping, revenue billing, ISO management, and cost management.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent4+ more years related experience.Associate degree or higher in office administration or relevant field is preferredElectronics Technicians Association (ETA) Customer Service Specialist (CSS) certification or equivalent.Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance as required by the government.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.Shipping and receivingLogging equipment in and outAnswering telephonesGreeting and directing visitorsMaintaining accurate ISO Quality records and files. Sort various receiving, shipping, billing and inventory control documents.Assist with facility safety walkthrough and insure compliance to Safety/OSHA and iProtect policies and procedures. Prepare and submit iProtect monthly reports.Collect and ship Electronic Waste and insure compliance to EPA regulations.Ordering and receiving repair parts inventoryCreating and processing tech job ticketsBillingProcessing warranty claimsOrdering and receiving shop suppliesContacting customers for equipment pickup, small parts and install quotesProviding administrative support to shop personnelOrganizing, arranging, and coordinating meetingsData EntryMonitoring and maintaining office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as neededSkilled in the use of time tracking, billing, inventory, and other specialized software suites used by the shopLearning and adhering to facility policies, safety protocols, and ISO procedures.

Other Tasks:Responsible for accurate reporting in time tracking systems each week before the day/time determined by managerResponsible for processing all expense reports within the Motorola Solutions HR Guidelines

Specific Knowledge/Skills:Able to use a computer and familiar with common computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet browsersAble to work as a member of a team which includes individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiencesGood verbal and written communications skillsDetail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracyStrong ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleRequired to follow safe work procedures when moving materials within the facilityAble to lift and maneuver loads up to 50 pounds and use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks/lifts.
