We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for various clients, both in our office and at our client's locations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required
Minimum 3 year's experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Detail and deadline-oriented
Payroll processing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Currently certified, or willingness to become certified in QuickBooks
Driver's license and dependable transportation needed to visit client locations
Clean criminal background check
