Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include working with customers, answering questions, and writing up orders. The starting pay is $17.00 base appt and it's not based on sales or results (cond. exist). Incentives possible based on performance. This is an entry level job, so prior experience is not required. We believe in building our people from the ground up and simultaneously allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order launch them into a successful career. There is no cost to start working and there isn't any random telemarketing. All ages 18 & older can apply or must have a high school diploma. Since we work with a lot students, our schedules are flexible around classes, internships, finals, and holiday celebrations. If accepted, talk to the manager about your ideal schedule.
Who would do well in this role?
We are looking for people who enjoy working with others, eager to learn, and have a great attitude. Although prior experience isn't required people who have done well have been a hostess at Buffalo Wild Wings, cashier at Aldi, worked fast food at McDonalds or Wendys, a receptionist or administrative assistant at a law firm, call center operator, or a retail associate.
Seriously - just about anything you can think of! It doesn't matter if your previous experience was remote work, office work, warehouse, a temp job, or if you have no experience at all - we can train you to do well with us.
