Smith Mountain Lake Condominium is looking for an on-going, seasonal employee to serve as a Condominium Attendant. Primary duties involve serving as a primary point of contact for condominium homeowners; performing weekly inspections of unoccupied units; ensuring the property is attractive by caring for flowers, arranging pool furniture, etc.; and helping to ensure that association bylaws and policies (pet, noise, etc.) are followed by homeowners and guests; assisting homeowners with unit maintenance and repair needs; monitoring the property for safety and security.
Condominium Attendant reports to Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors and is part of a team that operates a premiere condominium on Smith Mountain Lake. Team also includes a contracted association administrator and a Facility Manager.
Work hours Memorial Day Labor Day:
Monday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Tuesday Off (flexibility with Wed or Thu)
Wednesday/Thursday 9am 1:00pm
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:30am 7:00pm
Work hours can be flexible for the periods May 1- Memorial Day and Labor Day September 30
