We are seeking an experienced Poultry Butcher/Processor to join our food production team at Pamplin Poultry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of food products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position that can grow into full-time.
Relevant Skills:
Proficiency in meat/poultry processing and packing procedures
Mechanical knowledge to operate processing/kitchen equipment and troubleshoot potential issues.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in food production environments and food safety.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork, collaboration, and customer service tasks.
