Experienced handyman for odd jobs for general maintenance. Also yard work for brush clearing, mulching and weedeating, etc. PREFER EXPERIENCE with a chainsaw. Experience with pressure washing preferred. Must be able to physically lift and bend as needed. Must have own dependable transportation and valid driver's license. Handyman tasks require some experience in light plumbing and/ or electrical. TASKS WILL VARY. (Previous helper did both types of work but leaving now for a full time job.)
