Can prioritize tasks and meets deadlines
Communicates with Assembly Manager and Purchasing Manager on a daily basis
Very organized and works well under pressure
Can read drawings of parts and identify the part
Makes labels and tags each part
Picks and prepares kits of materials for assembly from bills of materials, lists and verbal instructions
Make lists of parts needed / missing from kits
Unloads and Loads trucks using a fork truck
Organizes inventory in the inventory storage areas
Reports if excess inventory seems to be present
Receives packages from shippers and enters them into purchasing system
Ship prep production machines and load trucks
Pre assemble machine parts and small assemblies
Boxes parts and creates paperwork for shipments
