Apartment Community has immediate opening for experienced Maintenance Technician - experience with AC repairs a must.
Duties include but are not limited to, diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely fashion, assure all service requests are addressed on a daily basis. Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, vendors and guests. Always display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and co-workers. Complete make-ready units, inform manager of any needed services or repairs. Inspect exterior of the property, perform building and common area upkeep on a daily basis. Assist in keeping all grounds neat and free of debris/litter. Participate/complete/oversee the completion of preventative maintenance, maintain accurate records. Obtain bids and negotiate prices as necessary. On-call is required on a scheduled basis. Must provide own basic tools or be willing to obtain required hand tools. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of maintenance equipment.
