Techwish is looking for an inspired and passionate Agile Coach to join the Agile Transformation team and drive the implementation of the agile values and principles in the company. Based in Manassas, Virginia, you will be driving the adoption of Agile practices in the tribe and help teams to participate in ceremonies and solve hindrances from a methodological and/or interpersonal point of view. You will also act as a center of expertise for Agile. As a driving force of technological change, we operate in a true agile way. Note: This is an onsite Hybrid position and requires 2 days work from the office.

Key Responsibilities-Introduce the Agile approach and contribute to the development of a vision of the agile way of working for (parts of) CLIENT, taking into account the business needs.-Coach, guide and challenge squads and individuals on the agile methodology to build highly effective squads. Answer questions and provide team members with tools, feedback and means of improvement to catalyze organizational change and optimize new ways of working. -Help squads reach their goals by inspiring team members to deliver their maximum potential. Deliver frequent and regular feedback to team members and provide input to the performance evaluations of the team members.-Organize and facilitate workshops/trainings on the agile framework and the new way of working to ensure relevant stakeholders are well informed and prepared to apply the agile methodology.-(Co)develop training material, tools, information and presentations on the agile methodology and support in the update of relevant documentation (e.g. Agile @ CLIENT reference guide, Tribe cookbook).-Assess the agile maturity of trained/coached individuals, squads or (parts of) the organization and evaluate the effectiveness of trainings, coaching and tooling. Work on continuous development and improvement of methods (together with other Agile Coaches) and incorporate them into day-to-day work of the Squads.-Expand and link business and agile methodology expertise, apply this expertise and ensure the development and exchange of knowledge within the organization and among relevant stakeholders.-Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and make sure they are consulted and informed when needed.-Identify issues in applying agile principles and keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoots.-Be an active contributor to the Agile Coaches and Agile Transformation team. Help develop an Agile Community of practice. Build and share experience, best practices, learnings within an agile coaches community. Peer-2-peer coaching between agile coaches colleagues.
