Must Have:

Valid Driving License
Willing to work on our W2
Car / Vehicle (with Valid Registration and Insurance)
Comfortable driving up to 50 miles to conduct inspections
Smart Phone (Phone Savvy / Data Package / working camera on phone)
Willing to work flexible with part time / full time, not to be exceeded 40 hours a week

Day to Day responsibilities:

Should be able to complete more than 1 survey in an hour
Work in field and drive to locations
Interact with Location staff & management
Take pictures and check / verify documents
Will be provided a 2-hour virtual training
