Techwish is seeking a Senior SDET for a contract position with one of it’s direct clients in Manassas, VA. This is an onsite hybrid position and requires 2 days work from office. Please apply if you are a suitable fit and interested.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain test specifications/test cases/ sets of regression tests, for new hardware component/software release of applications in an accurate and timely manner.
- Integrate components, write playbooks to install/configure and automate configuration tasks. Work in pre-test environment to test/integrate initial versions of the component and create documentation to install the product.
- Propose and create procedures that help to find errors existing in the product and execute test cases/regression tests to ensure minimal discrepancy between specified and implemented functions.
- Review requirements/design documents to ensure testability and become acquainted with products.
- Design test plans of low to medium complexity. Write and execute test cases of medium complexity and analyze and log test results.
- Participate in the implementation of test automation tools.
- Participate in maintaining test environment for applications
