ZP Group is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) who is diligent, solutions-oriented, resourceful and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven IT staffing environment. The CSA will work closely with branch operations to ensure the highest level of consultant experience, as well generate and develop reports around consultant retention, replacement, and attrition.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) will be responsible for ensuring both internal and external customers receive full support prior and during their employment with ZP Group. The CSA is also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all HR, account and finance related issues. The CSA will assist in the coordination and implementation of services as well as weekly time keeping/gathering to ensure consultants are paid on time. The CSA will report to the Managing Director of Branch Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full on boarding and off boarding cycle

• Processing background and drug tests

• I-9 verifications

• Resolution of all spread related issues by working with finance and accounting

• Works with HR to ensure the compliance with Federal, State and Local employment and benefits laws and regulations

• Manages timecards, VMS, and missing timecard report

• Resolution of all payroll and invoice issues (e.g. payroll adjustments, invoice issues, etc.) by working with finance, accounting and payroll

• Audit of New Starts Reports

• Client audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two to five years of experience in a corporate setting

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency

• Previous work experience in Temporary Staffing organizations or high volume on-boarding/off-boarding a plus
