Systems Integation - 2020-98692

Provide Systems Integration support in a fast-paced and dynamic customer environment with direct involvement in the customer's mission. Responsibilities include full project lifecycle support; to include creation of project documentation; participation in gate reviews, tracking of project schedules/roadmaps, and monitoring of project financial status. The candidate will ensure stability of the technical baseline for all projects and report issues and concerns to appropriate project lead, COTR, and customer management in a timely manner. The candidate will be required to create SOWs, acquisition plans, and proactively contribute to historical/system insights to improve mission performance. The candidate will also be required to review projects and provide timely input to the customer on issues that arise. The candidate will be expected to respond to spontaneous customer management requests for project status updates in absence of COTR/PM.

Executive Officer - 2020-99860

The Executive Officer (EXO) position supports a wide range of customer programs, projects and requirements. The EXO interacts on a continual basis with customer management to provide updates, draft technical reports, coordinate official correspondence, and develop technical presentations.

  • The EXO shall support the customer with the following requirements:
  • Prepare and organize briefing material (talking points & MS Powerpoint)
  • Participate and organize regular meetings including weekly status meetings, bi-weekly highlight meetings, monthly/quarterly reviews and annual offsite events
  • Monitor traffic and flag for appropriate personnel to ensure all actions are answered.
  • Continually update a centralized system for tracking assignments, meetings, engineering and operational activities
  • Assist with organizing and prioritizing critical issues and required information for the customer to facilitate effective decision making.
  • Track and monitor official correspondence including provision of templates and instructions to the appropriate personnel

Front Office/Executive Assistant - 2020-100635

The Front Office/Executive Assistant will support a division of approximately 20 staff and contract officers. The candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize competing requirements. Contact with senior customer officers and high-level representatives across the organization is frequent, and thus, the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing is required. Serves as an active member of the customer organization by preparing executive materials, as well as coordinating and responding to general administrative functions; includes preparing materials for organizational charts and emergency contact lists. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct administrative, executive-level support to group managementOrganize and maintain the daily calendars of groups executive level management, including prioritization of competing appointments
  • Reponsible for managing normal day-to-day operational tasks including onboarding procedures, processing foreign travel, and managing day-to-day operationsMaintain Standard Operating Procedures for administrative staff and update templates as needed
  • Provide the timely processing of visit requests and clearance passing, ensuring that front office personnel are aware of actions being taken
  • Ensure the group's physical space is maintained, including conference room schedule, supplies for front office staff, vault security and mail distribution. Ensure conference rooms are in good working orderAdapt to changing work requirements and priorities, considering alternative courses of actions and maintaining flexibility and versatility in a variety of situations

Qualifications

  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or years of experience in lieu of Degree
  • Currently possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • McClean customer domain experience.
