Our industry-leading client in financial services is looking for a skilled Agile Delivery lead to facilitate the optimization of team productivity.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance Responsibilities of the Agile Delivery Lead:- Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of a unified Product initiative roadmap that aligns with business goals
- Identify dependencies, craft delivery strategies, and involve customers in early, incremental delivery of consumable solutions
- Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive delivery through planning, collaboration, and coordination
- Provide monitoring and status tracking support for cross-team initiatives
- Ensure impediments are visible and tracked through to resolution, escalating when necessary
- Leverage Productivity Tools to influence better ways to radiate team information and identify improvement opportunities
- Understand and coach their teams to adopt development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- 3 or more years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
- 3 or more years of Technology Project Delivery experience
- Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP certification or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) desired
- Exemplary communication skills
