API Support Engineer Location: Mclean, VA/ RemoteDuration: 6 months

Description:Key Responsibilities Include:Empower partners to build on the DevExchange developer platform by equipping partner engineers with necessary tools (access keys, SDKs etc) and knowledge to successfully complete integration.Gain subject matter expertise on client APIs, technology, and services to communicate with new and current partners for implementation, training and enablement.Manage complex, high value IT consulting projects that require the coordination of development work on multiple platforms and across multiple teams to achieve the desired outcome.Build and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships.Drive the user feedback loop to prioritize high value features on product roadmaps.Execute on organization-level objective of providing a best-in-class B2B partnership experience.Identify opportunities to reduce friction in the partner onboarding process.Maintain auditable partnership records in Salesforce CRM.Perform with minimal direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Communicate well across technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or military experience.4 years of experience in software engineering4 years of experience with system integration technologies (RESTful APIs, OAUTH 2.0 or TLS)

Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Agile practices1+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or another public cloud service4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular/React.js, or Node.js4+ years of experience using open source frameworks to develop enterprise applications
