Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have significant impact in our team, and in our world. You will demonstrate effective and disciplined software development expertise. You will deliver solutions on-time with high bar of quality, and continuously improve software engineering practices. This person will also:Qualifications:
  • 2 years of full-time experience in software development including design, coding, testing, production implementation, production support, performance tuning, bug fixing and quality control

Mandatory:
  • Appian: 2 years of hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of Appian BPM applications with Appian version 18.x or higher
  • 1 year of experience with coding practices using Python/Java. Through knowledge of OOPS concepts and exception handling. Be able to Read/Write data from/to data files in different formats using Python.
  • SQL: Hands on experience in writing standard SQL queries.
  • AWS Services: At least 1 year of experience in dealing with AWS services

Nice To have:
  • 1 year of Appian cloud experience and Appian Level 1 or higher credential
  • Experience with CI/CD, Agile and DevOps process
  • 1 year of experience with Scaled Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies

  • Strong working knowledge and technical competencies of data engineering and cloud native data lake
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, persuasively with technology and business partners
  • Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships inside and outside of the division, work and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Sense of urgency to delivery and able to apply risk-based approach to prioritize work
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal direction
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ability to adapt to change while continuing to deliver on assigned objectives
  • Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction
