We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full time roleA prestigious fortune 500 company is on the search for an Associate Cloud Developer. This developer will need to have strong infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform platform automation experience. They will work with infrastructure as a code and use tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, and Google Deployment Manager. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and run our Goldfield Platform in AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- Work with our Architecture, Risk, and Information Security teams to deliver an end-to-end solution to drive
- Design collaboration and code reviews
- Investigate and resolve issues escalated from the Operations team
- Development and deployment of IaC through our CI/CD process
- Responsible for failure testing, integration and performance testing
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in AWS and Google Cloud Platform in an Enterprise environment
- 2+ years of experience in Information technology, preference for infrastructure and platform services automation
- Strong knowledge in Linux, Networking and Databases
- Strong knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code languages such as CloudFormation, Terraform and Google Deployment Manager
- Experience with scripting tools (Python, Shell scripting etc.) to automate routine operation tasks
- Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs
- Experience being a technical lead in an enterprise
