Job Summary/Company:

A preferred Sparks Group partner is seeking a Business Process Consultant Lead to support the Employee Life Cycle, with focus in one or more process areas (Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, etc.). Responsibilities:

In this role, selected candidate will partner with stakeholders delivering services to ensure:
  • PS products and processes are optimized, working as desired, and delivering the expected business outcomes
  • PS products and processes are fully tested by the end user and ready for production
  • PS products are providing a consumer grade' experience and the processes/system functionality is used effectively
In this role, selected candidate will also:
  • Partner with IS and the business on requirements gathering, fit/gap assessments, and testing
  • Create process map, use data to make process-based decisions, develop KPIs, test plans, test scenarios, and participate in testing
  • Know the full end to end processes supporting the business activities and the technologies leveraged to enable those processes

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of consulting experience and/or work experience
  • Knowledge of HCM process (e.g., Recruiting, HR, Compensation)
  • Knowledge of HCM technology (e.g., Workday)
  • Knowledge of how PS tech is configured, assist clients in aligning their future goals and talent strategies to better optimize their use of PS tech to deliver on those goals
  • Ability to turn requirements and design into an appropriate test plan; testing for functionality as well as on how the system is used by the business to perform their roles - test planning, test case development, test execution
  • Capacity to conduct process design and re-engineering of processes where needed
  • Ability to document the organization's system and non-system processes in a process flow diagram
  • Ability to lead the business and system owners in discussions on re-engineering processes to optimize PS tech usage
