Responsibilities:Work alongside the director by helping to plan, build and execute new and current program operations.Create documentation routines to help track the progress of the program.Meet with associates across the organization to help record and report program updates.Organize/facilitate workstream and leadership meetings.Recommend improvements to increase program operations and efficiency.Support other members of your team/efforts as needed

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree2-3 years of experience in management consulting or similar

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree2-3 years of change management experience
