Location: Must be onsite 2+ days per week out of either Mclean, Atlanta, Dallas, or NY offices.This is a 6-month contract position
Must Haves:Python is the preferred development language. Must have experience building CI/CD Pipelines, specifically in AWS. Must have experience automating database technologies (preferable with Snowflake). Must have experience using ETL tools (IICS preferred.)Job Responsibilities:Experience in architecting and designing Data, DevOps and Cloud Native SolutionsExperience in designing and developing cloud Data Lakes and Data Platforms specifically in AWSExperience working with ETL/ELT tools such as Talend, Informatica, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Snowflake and other cloud data storesExperience in developing data integration/ engineering workflows using Scala and/or Python leveraging AWS, Snowflake and other cloud data storesExperience in developing CI/CD pipeline automation for building and deploying data workloads to Talend, IICS, Attunity and SnowflakeProvide technical assistance and expertise for the entire team on solving complex Data, DevOps and Cloud solutionsWork collaboratively with team members, scrum masters, architects, and other stakeholdersPresent solution designs to the entire team and other technical forumsAbility to work independently, research on new technologies, tools, and implement proof of conceptsExperience in leading and managing Agile scrum teams and participating in all Agile ceremoniesParticipate in code reviews and technical design sessionsAbility to work closely with stakeholders to manage risks, escalations and any other concerns QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in computer science or IT, Advanced degree preferred10+ years of overall experience5+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to data engineering is preferred5+ years of database technologies Oracle, DB2, Mongo DB, NoSQL DBs, PostgreSQL, SnowflakeExperience with ETL/ELT tools such as Talend, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)Experience with any of Cloud technologies like AWS S3, EC2, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, EMR, HadoopExperience in developing CICD pipelines using JenkinsExperience working with DevOps tool set Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonar, Fortify, BlackDuck, Ansible, Spinnaker or similar toolsExperience working with Atlassian Suite or similar toolsExperience with Attunity, Kafka, AMQ or similar streaming tools is a plusStrong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as Python, Java, SparkPrior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirableDeep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry is desirableVacancy expired!
