Qualifications (U) Required Qualifications
  • (U) US Citizenship
  • (U) Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
  • (U) Knowledge and ability to understand intelligence gathering and analysis missions over three (3) project life cycles.
  • (U) Ability to develop knowledge of legal and policy issues, such as Executive Order (EO) 12333 and sensitive intelligence operations, the Congressional oversight process, and the regulations and procedures for handling defectors.
  • (U) Ability to apply knowledge of policies, regulations, technical tools, and databases to support operations.
  • (U) Ability to understand operations as they pertain to the agent acquisition cycle, intelligence collection, and asset validation.
  • (U) Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • (U) Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • (U) Knowledge and experience in research techniques.
  • (U) Ability to analyze data and research results.
  • (U) Two (2) years work experience demonstrating technical expertise using software tools relevant to MOP/E, such as Excel, social media analytic tools, and/or statistical visualization software.
(U) Desired Qualifications

  • (U) Possess an advanced degree in a field relevant to MOP/E analysis, such as, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Journalism, or Economics.
  • (U) Regional area or functional target knowledge, as appropriate, is also desired.

Requires 16+ years with BS/BA or 14+ years with MS/MA or 10+ years with Ph.D.

Responsibilities (U) Description
  • (U) Apply knowledge of Measures of Performance/Measures of Effectiveness (MOP/E) methodology, media research, media analysis, quantitative and qualitative metrics analysis as necessary.
  • (U) Produce deliverables in formats as required by the Sponsor.
  • (U) Cooperate with offices and organizations throughout the Sponsors organization while demonstrating sound judgement.
  • (U) Prepare and deliver effective briefings as needed.
  • (U) Apply risk management principles to safeguard operations.
  • (U) Be willing and able to travel TDY CONUS and OCONUS as required.

  • (U) Reach out to relevant industry experts.
  • (U) Write a variety of finished intelligence products for internal and external audiences as required.
  • (U) Draft language for Congressional Quarterlies and Notifications.
  • (U) Participate in Congressional and other briefings as required.
