- Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation while maintaining customer expectations
- Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties
- Research and analyze the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties
- Work closely with the IT team to satisfy data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases
- Work closely with colleagues on agile teams to understand technical needs and how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business
- Become a functional expert for understanding and documenting business processes; use cases that make up the user experience and customer journeys
- 3-7 years of related experience
- Drives prioritization and ordering of the project backlog and risks
- Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of planning, estimation, and engineering for high impact assignments
- Excellent communication/customer service skills including conducting user research and writing user journeys
- Experienced product management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize in agile Scrum environments
- Expertise in developing strategic roadmaps, product increments with Objective and Key Results, and tracking progress/risks
- Experience with User Stories in JIRA and Pull and Merge Requests in GitHub
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
- Active Secret clearance
