RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking a Product Owner.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) 8+ years of experience as a business analyst, pricing analyst, or consultant working at the intersection of technology, finance, and business strategy Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite, including SQL Server or T-SQL, VBA, or Python Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master on a Software development scrum team Experience in working with enterprise pricing software solutions Experience in Reporting, Analytics, and BI methodologies Experience with Finance or Pricing in a Government Contracting environment Ability to author complex documents describing and visualizing analytical results Ability to conceptualize, design, and build analytics solutions to improve outcomes and uncover key insights Ability to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer Ability to be a strong leader to share, motivate, inspire, and build up their peers Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
