This role can be located in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, Memphis, TN, or be RemoteOur Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.What will I be doing?The Sr LMS Analyst works with the Learning & Development team to implement, support, and maintain Hilton’s learning management system (LMS). These solutions help to enable learning and career development for all our Team Members around the world.More specifically, you will:Build, manage and maintain learning objects in the LMS such as online courses, instructor-led classes, curricula, and programs.

Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations/completions and the Team Members who participate in that learning.

Collaborate with internal/external teams on technical specifications and best practices for deploying learning items in our LMS.

Serve as a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed in a timely manner.

Evaluate new functionality within the LMS and perform regression testing for application upgrades.

Develop training documentation for users and administrators on the use of the LMS.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:Three (3) years of professional experience

Two (2) years of experience working with an LMS such as SuccessFactors Learning or Oracle HCM Learning

Two (2) years of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Bachelor’s Degree

Five (5) years of experience working with a learning management system (LMS) such as SuccessFactors Learning or Oracle HCM Learning

Five (5) years of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools

Experience in tools such as ServiceNow to resolve support requests and incidents

Experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams

Experience with building reports and dashboards
